Shannon is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Novato and a second generation Marinate. She is a graduate from San Marin High School and holds a Masters Degree in Business from University of Phoenix. Shannon has been part of the Real Estate Industry since 2000 and obtained her Real Estate license in 2003. In her Career she has worked for RE/MAX and Coldwell Banker. She believes that her advanced education, savvy business, negotiation, marketing and technology skills make her a valuable asset to her clients. As an Accredited Staging Professional she assists her clients in preparing their home for the market from staging, project management and helping coordinate a mini flip if necessary. These are just some of the unique services that Howard Homes Group provides as part of every sale to their clients.
As a working mom, Shannon is a “Real Mom of Real Estate” and specializes in working with families to help them prepare their homes for sale and search for new homes with as little disruption as possible to regular family life. She currently resides in Petaluma with her husband Mark and two beautiful daughters Saphie and Abigail. She enjoys selling real estate both in Marin and Sonoma Counties and prides herself on having positive relationship with not only her client’s but fellow Realtor® colleagues as well.
In addition to taking pride in her Real Estate Career, Shannon has always believed in giving back to the communities that she works and lives in. Howard Homes Group is a proud Affilate of Homes for Heroes where they give back to Buyers and Sellers who are members of the military, medical profession, teachers, police and fire departments. She is passionate about the future of youth in our Communities. Shannon & her husband Mark are Foster Parents and have adopted their two amazing daughters. Shannon is actively involved with the Waugh School District and the WISE Foundation, Girl Scouts and Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Sonoma County, In the past Shannon has chaired Fundraising Events or been an active participant in American Cancer Society, Rebuilding Together, Petaluma Chapter of Realtors, Junior League of Napa & Sonoma Counties and Santa Rosa West Rotary Club.
Joined forces with his daughter Shannon in 2016 after ending a 40 year career in the printing Industry. He has always taken an interest in real estate through home renovations and managing a portfolio of rental properties. Gary is hands on and helps clients secure the best vendors and acts a project manager with client home renovations to assist in preparing their homes for the market. Gary is a native from San Francisco and moved to Marin County in the late 1960’s and was a member of the first graduation class from San Marin High School. Once married he moved to Petaluma where he currently resides with his wife. He has two other children Camryn and Riley. Camryn is a Sophomore at Sonoma State and Riley is a Petaluma Police Officer. Gary enjoys camping and taking his ski boat out to local lakes.
